Navigating Team Dynamics: Challenges And Support Strategies for the Neurodivergent Leader

Team dynamics are a critical factor in the success of any business. When the leader of a team is Neurodivergent (ADHD to be more precise), it can introduce unique challenges that impact both the leader and the team members. In this blog we'll explore the top three difficulties faced by teams led by individuals with ADHD and provide insights on how to support the leader while maintaining productivity and cohesion.
